Sculpture Project

Art Brussels organises an outdoor sculpture project on the Tour & Taxis esplanade. Large scale works of art by renowned artists and emerging talents represented by participating galleries welcome the visitors outside of the fair entrance.

SCREEN IT is a video project focusing on the impact of our current screen culture on the arts, curated by Pieter Jan Valgaeren, consultent for the exhibition design by Richard Venlet.

In anticipation of their commission at the Belgian Pavilion in Venice, Jos de Gruyter & Harald Thys presented a series of small sculptural heads made of plaster, fake hair and paint in the lounge of fair partner Stibbe.
