DEADLINE | 25 JANUARY

Please let us know by 25 January the latest whether you will insure your booth and its content via Easyfairs or not.

• If you want to take an insurance via Easyfairs, please fill out the document ‘Insurance pack’ that you can download here and send it to artbrussels.ops@easyfairs.com. You can read the conditions here.
• If you will take care of your own insurance, please fill out the ‘Waiver of Rights’ that you can download here and send it to artbrussels.ops@easyfairs.com.

If we do not receive any news from you by 25 January, you will be automatically charged with 220,00 EUR for the lowest insurance package.
